Right of return

Return conditions

At PerfectVape we offer a 7-day return period. This means you have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition - unused, undamaged, with all labels and in the original packaging. Please enclose proof of purchase or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at support@perfectvape.de. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a return label and return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us immediately at support@perfectvape.de. We will check the problem and find a suitable solution.

Exceptions to the return

Certain items are excluded from returns, including personalized products, custom-made products and hygiene articles (e.g. e-liquids or vaporizers). We also do not accept returns of items on sale or gift vouchers. If you have any questions about specific products, please contact us.

Exchange

If you would like a different item, we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted. This way you will receive the desired item as quickly as possible.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in perfect condition - unused, with labels and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will inform you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
