Exchange or return of goods
In order to retain the right to terminate the contract, the consumer must monitor the preservation of the products in their original condition. If the product is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the right to terminate the contract. If the value of the product has decreased as a result of unpacking or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot request a refund.

If you place your order before 18:00 on the day before a public holiday, we will ship your product on the same day. On public holidays there is no shipping; the next delivery takes place on the first working day after the holiday.
