Payment

Payments may not be successful for various reasons, for example due to incorrect credit card details, insufficient funds or technical difficulties with the payment service provider. Please check that the payment details you have entered are correct or contact your payment provider to clarify the cause.
During the ordering process, you can request an invoice, which we will then send you by e-mail.
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery. For your order, we ask you to use one of our secure online payment methods, which are available to you when ordering on perfectvape.de.

After successful payment, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail containing all the important information about your order.

Shipping costs
Free shipping: We offer free shipping to the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii) and Australia to give you the best shopping experience.
DDP shipping (delivery duty paid): In certain countries we use the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method, where you do not have to clear customs or pay customs duties. These countries include

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service immediately. We will check the case carefully and help you solve the problem as quickly as possible!

There are currently no customs fees for your order at perfectvape, as we use the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method in many countries to offer you a worry-free shopping experience!
The preparation time for your order is 1-5 working days depending on the product, while the shipping time usually takes 7-15 working days, depending on the country of delivery and the selected shipping method.

Return
With PerfectVape.com you can change your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Please note the following:
- Deadline for changes: Changes are possible if you contact us by 23:00 (CEST) on the day of the order.
- Contact us: Send your change requests to info@perfectvape.de or use the contact form on our website. Please state your order number and the desired changes.
Once the order has been dispatched, changes are unfortunately no longer possible. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to process your request.
With PerfectVape.com we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the details of our returns process:
- Return period: Returns are only possible within 3 days after purchase possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Returns or refunds are no longer possible once the order has been dispatched.
- Return conditionsThe product must be in the same condition as when it was received - unused, undamaged, with all labels and in the original packaging. Please enclose proof of purchase or proof of purchase.
